Individual Psychotherapy Sessions

Your residential rehab program includes a minimum of 3 x 1 hour one-to one psychotherapy sessions per week. These sessions allow you to talk in a welcoming, completely confidential, and non judgmental space about anything that may be bothering you or that has happened to you in your life that sharing may unburden you from.

Your professional, western educated, and qualified psychotherapist is there to listen and hear your story and perhaps help you unpack what is or was going on for you. My room was very nice, and food was amazing but what made the difference to me was the staff and therapy, I really don’t think I would have made it without their help.

Your Miracles Asia psychotherapist works together with you to find peace and resolution of anything that is upsetting you through just being there to hear you, if nothing else, or even provide a safe space for you just to sit quietly, if that is how you feel.

These sessions are yours to explore any part of yourself or your experiences should you wish to, in the company of a caring and compassionate expert who understands the vast realm of possible emotional and psychological experiences, and the effects they have on us.

These sessions are perhaps the first time you have ever been truly listened to, and this alone can allow thoughts and feelings never properly processed before to be released in a safe supportive atmosphere.

The gentle effectiveness of psychotherapy cannot be underestimated, which is why we provide you with two weekly sessions where you can work through anything that may be affecting your ability to feel happiness or contributing to your addiction.

The time and space in this beautiful, calm, quiet and comfortable environment is yours to find peace within yourself and open your path to long term happiness.
